We provide toolmaking services, to get your products to the market easily.
What is required to get started?
Whether you have a rudimental sketch on a piece of paper or a CAD file. Send it to us via email or you are welcome to come in and have a one to one discussion on your plans.
Decision on material needed can be advised by our design and moulding team or you can provide your specific grade and type of material.
A quote will be created on creating the tooling and a part price so you can decide if it is feesable.
Once accepted we will give you a schedule on when we estimate the tool will be completed and we will begin the machining processes.

After the tool is completed we will mould a batch of sample parts for you to make sure they are accurate and correct.
Once you are happy we can store the tool and produce parts in batch order when you require them.
